His talk will explore some of the interesting encounters with birds of prey and what we can learn from them about the world around us.

This event forms part of Loughrea Medieval Festival – 25th-27th August, 2017.
The festival is organised by Loughrea Medieval Festival Committee, in partnership with Irish Walled Towns Network, Galway County Council and The Heritage Council.

Events and times maybe subject to change. Children must be accompanied by a parent / guardian.

Complimenting Heritage Week’s theme ‘It’s In Your Nature’, this year’s Loughrea Medieval Festival theme is “Forget-me-not” – a reminder of our natural heritage, but also, not to forget Loughrea’s medieval heritage. Loughrea Medieval Festival 25th-27th August is a unique, free and not-to-be missed commemorative weekend the whole family will enjoy.
