Talk: Learning about our environment through eagle eyes

Bio: John Lusby is a research ecologist, environmentalist & educator, he works with BirdWatch Ireland and as researcher and presenter for wildlife documentaries. One of Johns main interests is birds of prey, which he has studied throughout the country and particularly in County Galway. His talk will explore some of the interesting encounters with birds of prey and what we can learn from them about the world around us.
This event forms part of Loughrea Medieval Festival – 25th-27th August, 2017.
The festival is organised by Loughrea Medieval Festival Committee, in partnership with Irish Walled Towns Network, Galway County Council and The Heritage Council.
